I followed this video exactly and mine came out twice as big😅 it’s still perfect but big. Gonna finish adding the zipper and lining and just hope for the best

Just a thought, could you do this pattern with a square cut out in the middle, so I guess maintaining 19 stitches for the same amount of rows. Prob would have to start with 51 foundation stitches? Sorry newbie at crochet, so trying to experiment.

Hello, I love this blanket so very much! And I really like your instructions and teaching style. However, I would like to make the blanket about 50% larger. So I would like to use 600 grams of yarn; 6 skeins. Do you kow what multiples I would want to use in the starting chain? For instance, possibly multiples of 5, or multiples of 2 plus 1. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say. Thank you, so much 🙂

to get to 24 cm I have to do other rounds with other increases. How do I do the subsequent increases to reach 24 cm? with my Rafia I reached 21.5 cm with a 3.5 crochet hook. Thanks

Very nice hat! The pattern is easy to follow and has no mistakes unlike some comments are stating. The rows go like 5SC 1INC 5SC 5SC 1INC so it's actually 10 in between to prevent the increases from stacking
